Rule 32
Things to be mentioned in pre-qualification documents
If pre-qualification is determined and bids are invited, such public body must prepare pre-qualification documents before inviting bids. The following should be mentioned in such pre-qualification document:-
(a) Qualifications required for the proposed work and qualifications of partners in case of joint ventures,
(b) Documents and information to be submitted by the offeror to confirm their eligibility and eligibility,
(c) If goods or construction works are to be purchased in separate groups or packages, such group or package,
(d) Manner of preparing proposal,
(e) Procedure for Evaluating Pre-Qualified Proposals,
(f) Principal Terms of the Purchase Agreement,
(g) Other matters determined from time to time by the Public Procurement Monitoring Office to be mentioned in the pre-qualification documents, and
(h) Manner, place, last date and time of submission of pre-qualification proposal.
